he's the only guy thats from the side. every side pose this guy hits is monstrous. even his twisted kneeling three quarter back double biceps pose is insane.

crazy hamstrings too. he must do a lot of lying down hamstring curls on a lying down hamstring curl machine.

He does a hamstring exercise where he uses a back extentsion bench i think and hooks his ankles instead of behind his knees and does bodyweight leg curls, not sure exactly though ???

He seems to be coming along just fine for only being in his 20's ::) Seriously Federov is a beast in those pics and hopefully he brings somthin similar to the show.

Wow Alex Is a Beast. His Quads and Arms are massive. His Chest is much improved and I can't wait to see his placing at the NY Pro.
