They - meaning green middle class people - want it for them and everyone else to be in the underclass. That is the false promise of socialism in a nutshell...the idea that there is plenty to go around for everyone. They are too stupid to understand that a chain reaction starts when you begin to part out prosperity. At that point the level drops and drops as there is less economic input due to lack of reward for work. They think they are in the club but they are not. This movement comes from a very few "elite" that want the world resources controlled by them exclusively.
These kind of people would believe anything if it was repeated enough. The green losers at the bottom of society just want free stuff and to punish those that have something.
