I know you didn't pose that question seriously, but:
Gunter's size would be a big advantage. Not enough to overcome Chandler, I don't think. But it doesn't hurt being 6'2" and 325+ pounds.
Gunter was strong too, although not as strong as his size would suggest. He could probably bench press 365 for 12 during his prime.
Gunter is a pretty extreme example of having a size advantage, although I still think Chandler could beat hin.
I think - although it's hard to say - that the welterweight champion or above could beat the world's strongest man.
