I'm not a psychiatrist but I think the guy had an extreme case of ADHD. I was exhausted just watching short clips of him.

Apparently he said he drank 3 liters of coffee a day. Worse than Adderall for your CV system IMO. Not that I would blame coffee, or anything, for his death. I don't know if you can blame any one thing necessarily and especially not commenters on social media. Everyone seemed to know exactly why he had an aneurism, roids, vaxx, being too lean... everyone knows.

I saw where he said he has been on just HRT the past 4 years, only once took tren years ago but felt bad and stopped. WHY? ::) :D

It's amazing the following Piana had. I didn't understand it until after he died. Even now if some influencer posts about Piana there's a lot of people posting about how much Piana meant to them and what a great person he was, how "real" he was. Real or not, if someone wants to succeed on social media they should try to be as real as possible, put your failings on there, don't bullshit people about drugs and so on. You might still be fake but perception is key.

I posted the same thing earlier. I click on Piano vids to read the comments and laugh. "I feel like I lost a friend." A gearhead with fake arms died and you feel like you lost a friend? You're clearly a loser in real life
