Billy, you know something. What is it?

We’re all gonna fry.

Not really. Some say we are experiencing the normal warmer weather before another iceage.

We can argue about the weather all day but pollution is a real thing and micro plastics are bad. I don't like having harmful chemicals and plastics in my air, water, soil, and food.

Stop using your weed whacker.

Fortress was born January 1970.

I vividly remember the Acid Rain Scare of the mid-eighties.

Educators, media and select political factions did everything possible to SCARE THE LIVING SHIT out of me and my peers on the daily, for years.

Then … poof.

Never EVER again heard “acid rain”.

You live long enough, and have a decent intellect and critical thinking, you begin to see the game(s) and the cycle of permanent bullshit.

Fuck ME!  So was Taffin...  I always knew I liked you, must have been our horoscopes aligning (hahaha - BS of course)

As for other GetBiggers, re: climate change - Gore, et al, predicted a bunch of things 20 years ago that didn't happen.  So that's my starting point on this, but if you want a better opinion than mine I have two things for your consideration:

1.  Dr Patrick Moore - one of the founders of Greenpeace - points out that CO2 is good for plants (hence farmers and polytunnels)

2.  Follow the money - if there were a real risk of rising seas, the insurance and mortgage companies would not be financing the lifestyles of the rich and famous with their worldwide shorefront properties

Oh, and even if it is all true, IDGAF anyway - I'm 200 miles from any coast and enjoy the heat LOL

If the planet goes up by 1 degree what is going to happen?

I hear all the time all the doom and gloom but never any clear accurate defined outcomes.

"Oh its going to be terrible"
"The world is going to end"
"The planet will be on fire"

Next time anyone mentions climate change , just ask them whats going to happen, and be specific

It’s question that’s been answered multiple times by many different scientific resources.  It’s easy to find these answers by typing your question into a search engine.  I suspect your thread was not posted in good faith.
