Dorian was in the USA, and away from home.

He was guest posing that evening... so perhaps Yates abandoned his regular workout, and did something that was not normally a part of his training regimen.

I remember that I asked the guy who witnessed the workout: “Did Dorian go up in weight after doing 20 reps with 315?” The guy said “No”.

Ronnies body started breaking down/regressing already in 2004 as I recall. His lat injury started showing and quad started seperating from the knee at his left leg.I remember pointing this out but people said it was nonsense, then it just got worse and worse. I didn't think his body would fall apart this bad but I saw how it was breaking down..

Jay in 2009 was head & shoulder better than any one else on that stage
for sure.

No chance Dorian from the rear would make Jay from the rear look off season. Jay just don't have consistent conditioning all over his body, too much oil in his delts and arms, and a smooth back as a comparison to Dorian. Legs Jay was up there especially quads, glutes hamstrings again not even close and wi watched both win the Olympia from about the third row along with Ronnie, theres no comparison to Yates and the closer you got to the stage the more apparent that was, Dorian was shredded in the dark.

Jay had the better Christmas tree in lower back and had way better peaks in the bi’s also had a better work ethic
