Yesterday on Youtube, Fortress was watching a video featuring the top 10 squats at, I believe, the most recent IPF Championship.

Overall, terrible. Horrible.

The poundages might have been substantial/impressive, but the TECHNIQUE/FORM was incredibly crappy.

The sport is in the dumper.

Some of the lifters perform lifts much less a pure squat/deep-knee bend and more what resembles dangerous hybrid variations.

There will be little longevity in these fools.

Let those that have never squatted the big #170ish in a slightly homoerotic manner cast the first stone. BHank would've curled it right off boy then lost the record for that life saving curl.
