I worked for a real estate management company that manages buildings in that area. The  Zero percentage of blacks number is accurate.

Im surprised the London house market hasnt crashed

Working from home has now made being in the workplace non-essential.

the law changed during covid
It used to be that you had top prove to your employer that you can work from home as well as at work

Now the law states that the employer has to justify why you need to be at your desk in the office.

Banks want everyone back.

there needs to be a vacancy/unoccupied tax, that'll fix a lot of the housing issues
