Historically, polls this far out have been pretty useless. I think it will be close. Biden isn't winning over anyone he didn't already have for sure. Trumps ace in the hole may be his ban from many social media platforms. The less rational good people see him, the more likely they are to forget about how atrocious a person he is and while they won't vote for him, the lack of excitement about Biden may lend itself to sitting on the couch come voting time.

I do hope all shackles are taken off Mr. Trump between now and the election so his abhorrent behavior, speech, attacks will be fresh in the voters minds come election time. Just like 2020. But if he remains quiet, he stands a good chance of winning by default.   Thank God he can't do that.

He's not going to have a chance to run....everyone in his circle is turning evidence.   When he gets convicted, he'll be ineligible to run.  He went into a gun store saying he wanted to buy a gun but can't since he's under federal indictment

What evidence, Vince? Unlike having bank records, texts, emails, recordings, whistleblowers, affidavits and mountains of hard evidence, the evidence against Trump has been all hearsay. Even a judge reprimanded Willis for not giving the defendants due process and basically saying “I don’t what she was thinking, but there isn’t a court in the county that can try 19 defendants at once (like a Stalin show trial)
