I've stopped using pre workouts. The last few I bought either A) worked really well but tasted so bad I wanted to puke or B) were so overloaded with stimulants that I wanted to puke.
Trying to be more heart conscious I've cut my caffeine intake by about 60%-70%.
I dont like Stims, I crash hard on most of them... I will use 1/2 of a Bronkaid when dragging ass sometimes for my 6 AM sessions.
(Happeneing more these days w/ my 57 year old geezer self).
I dont seem to crash on a little ephedrine...
