Imagine red and blue work places/labor laws, counties, insurances, stores, phones etc. A cultural divorce is much worst than splitting up because you're still stuck living with each other. You just get to complain about who the other is banging.

I work in a very red environment- a tech company too. When I was interviewed I asked the CEO what he thought of Trump. He said he really liked him so I took the job. If he didn't I wouldn't have accepted. A lot of people already choose red or blue.
