lol at the socks …. Umm so they did RFA radio frequency ablation….. basically they cut me open and shoved a Catheter from my calf to my crotch (with a series of shots all up my leg) It hurt …. They would hit a nerve or a vein and it would jump …. Worse part was they wrapped me all up tight like a Mummy ….. I got claustrophobic and had anxiety/ a panic attack and almost got up and left (I just wanted to free my Arms!) other than that it went well ( hurt more than I expected tho) got 3 more procedures….. ( vein was bigger and longer and thicker then they expected) … all in all not bad
Michael, one of the complications associated with RFA is that the patient undergoes a change in their voice. Men get a higher pitch and women a lower pitch after the procedure. Granted the RFA success rate for pain management or venous insufficiency is about 80%, but the downside is that you will sound like a 13 year old tranny once the process is complete.
And you are prohibited from masturbating for a year.
Okay….I might have made that last part up.
Glad to hear that you are doing well and hopefully the remaining work goes well.
