What about smith do you ever use a smith machine for flats or inclines seems like it would be less wear and tear
I have a G3 tear in my suprapinatus so I avoid most closed chain exercises. So mostly DB work. Also have no problem with the Hammer Strength Chest presses or the Hammer Strength shoulder presses. Those I can’t do normally so I do them in reverse facing the bench. It’s weird. But as long as I don’t have any atrophy and still have strength, Im avoiding surgery. Just pain management.
But since I shoot a lot I have to limit my time with a rifle. Holding it up for 6-8 hrs means I’m pretty immobile for the next 4-5 days
