1. For Test, isn't it kind of individual? Don't people aromatize at different rates and some are prone to androgenic sides: hair loss, cystic acne, cortisol,  mood changes etc?

2. I mean, no offense DJ, but take Larry Scott for example. Does anyone think Larry was on a gram of gear? Can someone explain Larry to me? Guys arms and shoulders were massive, he looked great, yet there's guys in my gym who take a shit ton of gear and they look like shit. Younger guys just look like gym bros, and older dudes look like they're on deaths door. One guy has to be 50, he's a decent size and fairly lean, but he's purple and has a lifetime of muscle tears,  acne scars and brutal male pattern baldness.

3. Gym Rat, you think they cooked their kidneys using anabolics or more likely cutting agents, stimulants and pain killers?

We have no idea how much Larry actually took or anyone else. It is all an individual thing not just with anabolic but with everything training, diet, recovery etc there is no one answer for everyone. That is why you have to take everything with a grain of salt what works for someone else may not work for you. You need to learn to incorporate what does work for you and you have to try different things to see what works best for you. Perhaps that means lifting once a week eating mcdonalds and blasting 5g of gear. Perhaps it means being vegan, organic, non gmo, and doing yoga and cardio 3x a day with some light calisthenics mixed in and 150mg of test. You have to work with your genetic material, your age, your size, your injuries, your metabolism, your ability to process and utilize different compounds, your ability to eat, rest, and recover because everyone is different. No one can just give you the answer

i have to say this is... SPOT FUCKING ON

but.. there are also mental/psycholigal factors that can hamper you hell i know this all too fucking welll

Please tell me you aren’t the dude they said is living with his mom (and I don’t care if the excuse is you take care of her - they all say that). If you are 40+ and are t primarily focused on things other than the ceiling of test dosage - you’re an odd job.

Test doesn’t stop increasing in potency at anywhere near a gram. I never believed I had genetic response, but realize now that I must because I weighed 240 at 5’8” with abs (not anywhere near  contest shredded but to the normal knucklehead they would say I was ripped) at under a gram total. It’s been decade and half but I don’t think I was using more than 750mg. Just like guys say you need “wet” or dry” compounds. I competed using 500 mgs of test and not another compound from start to the week before the show. I was lean as fck and almost as dry as I ever got.

Plenty of these guys in the hardcore gyms. Decades of lifting, purple and red skin with bulging cysts out of their shiny heads. The bronze, silver and golden age of lifters wanted to look healthy and athletic. At least look it, anyway. These hardcore types started off that way and somewhere along the way got obsessed with putting on more and more muscle thinking it was never enough. More and more gear.
