i only do one failure set per exercise and i no longer do breakdowns or extended sets so that will cut the volume way down

also i am training each muscle every 72 hrs instead of every 48 hrs

the most would be 5 days btw but that's the absolute most

back in the 70s and 80s they were training each muscle twice a week

the quad wound is still open for the bothched roid shot so i cant do leg work

huskies need lots of exercise so i'd take him/her out twice a day for walks this would give me even more cardio as i already walk twice a day to the gym and it takes me 15-20 min one way, too bad i couldn't walk him/her then

What happens when the landlord says no pets. What happens when you can not find a place willing to rent to you and your 100lb dog and can not afford a nicer place that will take you both? A husky is going to live a decade plus you can't even feed and house yourself and you are going to get a dog? Very irresponsible the SPCA would not approve you to adopt a pet here without proper housing.
