It will continue until enough people move out and businesses leave. San Francisco will have to turn into Detroit before millennial voters realize those policies don't work. The pendulum hasn't started swinging back yet, so other cities are still enacting too liberal policies.

The politicians in charge will never change and they are clueless about human nature.

They believe in what they are doing.
