MAJOR “OLYMPIA” DOCUMENTARY ANNOUNCED
As its 60 year celebration approaches, the fitness industry’s pinnacle event is now the focus of a major documentary film project set for worldwide release early next year. Joe Weider’s Olympia Fitness & Performance Weekend has long been the holy grail in the world of bodybuilding, fitness and physique competition. Following years of rapid growth, the movie will explore the global fascination and popularity that surrounds “The Olympia” as a brand, a sporting event, and the most coveted symbol of achievement in the world of muscle, fitness, and physique transformation.
Directed by Vlad Yudin (GENERATION IRON) the film will shine a spotlight on the raw emotion and intense passion that captivates Olympia fans around the world. The movie’s production crew has been granted full access to follow the Olympia production team from the early stages of planning, culminating in October at the 4-billion dollar Resorts World on the Las Vegas Strip for an experience widely regarded as the Super Bowl of the fitness industry.
