These are probably oil lumps that have encapsulated themselves after years of constant site injections. They'd have to be surgically removed.
I doubt that. After years of injecting you get the permanent "gains," but it's scar tissue. Didn't look at video but maybe he has some disfigurement from last year?
O/T but some video about cooking said the meat that's considered best tasting is the parts the animal has worked the least, and the explanation was that muscle that is worked a lot causes scar tissue so you get a tough piece of meat

Maybe the scar tissue isn't THAT bad from using Synthol and even gear on how the muscle performs? One pro claimed he got his Synthol looking triceps from Winstrol. Might be possible that the large Winstrol crystals might cause lots of scar tissue? These coaches seem to believe you can't even go pro nowadays without using oil and it's just sonething you 'have to' keep doing your whole career.
