It's important to drink plenty of water, going dry during training just to be more tough is stupid.

Not a big drinker (water, that is) so i usually try to drink a 1,5 liter water bottle during the workout.

One of the most  annoying things  about bodybuilding is waking up multiple times  pissing  at night.
Every time I did a show pre-contest was the worst.

I drink 5litres a day, my body wants it, and performs better and is healthier by it, I also like to drink spring water. Water is life, dehydration thickens the blood too.

I drink when I feel like it

Tip for you, if your piss is clear it means you have pissed all your brains away.... ;D
