Is this the same location that Joe Bennett films his content for the hypertrophy coach youtube channel? I guess I thought it was his studio...didn't know it belonged to Bautista (perhaps they are business partners on it?)

Yes, Probably some of it. Bautista name checked him a few times years ago, so I know he was/is connect to it. I got curious about it, and it seems like Bautista built it when things were going sour with his wife, as a man cave / retreat. He used it 2017 - covid, and would let wresters, co-stars, bodybuilders, etc.... come there and train / party.
Called it the "Alpha House".
Joe Bennet and Batista are also friendly with Ben Pakulski, so he might also use this gym too -
