I would like to see the Bragg and James' cases overturned legally through the appellate courts on the basis of their own merit.  Then, see Bragg and James sanctioned.

In addition, and I haven't seen this discussed, the 3 Colorado supreme court members who took Trump off the ballot need discipline as well - when the real SC dunks on you 9-0, it means you're either incompetent, or completely partisan, which both warrant action.

One of the main reasons why the Dems lost is such devastating fashion is because few bought into the Stalinist show trials and absolutely ridiculous charges and after each charge, after each accusation, after each indictment, the polls surged big time in his favor. I specifically said (and you search it) "Good, keep it coming, it will all but ensure him winning reelection" and as sure as I said it...here we are.

Right. However, this discussion is about judges, not politicians.

It is a good thing that Musk is not a politician because from what I have read he stands to benefit financially from his work for Trump with DOGE.
