Funny thing hamstring curls and leg extensions don't bother my knees at all. I can do those heavy for sets all day every day. I just keep the pressing to a minimum when I get fluid in the knee.

I just finished training and ate and I really want to train again. Armpit is on fire probably a bad idea. I was not happy with my post workout flex session I want to go again
