What did Tulsi do (or not do)?
Where did she not deliver?
I'm not familiar with what she's done or said in the past, but from what the critics say, she's been very vocal against this universal surveillance where you don't need warrants to access private coms of people, been against wars and bombing people like the houthis. She's obviously totally reversed on these. I don't know what she's thought about Israel/Palestine in the past, but now she's a strong Zionist like everyone else. The killing of the civilians is a major point of contention for the all the analysts I watch. They don't seem to have totally abandoned her, but almost. Everyone seems to like this Thomas Massie fella in congress as one of the only honorable politicians. I think Ron Paul is pretty respected for not flip flopping in his career (from what they say, don't personally know).
Speaking of houthis, they say the houthis were not bombing anything during the Gaza ceasefire and now they bombed civilian infrastructure, albeit to get a missile expert. The decision to bomb was taken several weeks ago apparently. But people were sort of impressed with JD Vance as he wasn't so hot on this campaign. At the same time it was sort of ridiculous that Vance was talking about shipping to Europe and how Europe should pay for this bombing, since only 3% of US shipping went through there vs 40% of Euro goods. SO it wasn't for Europe's benefit; in reality the bombing was for Israel's benefit, and obviously to send a signal to Iran. "The houthis don't matter" Vance said in the Signal chat, Americans have no idea who they even are. The Signal chat showed how concerned they are with massaging public opinion, Vance said there should have been more time allowed to affect public opinion through media. Killing a bunch of civilians to do it was a war crime some said
