Lou stepped on stage at 315LBS and he still didn’t have enough mass.

Note: Lou placed 10th. Marsh placed 12th.

Ferrigno used possibly the worse posing routine for his built...

doing old school Arnold trademark poses only made his torso look bigger and arms smaller

Had he mimic Yates posing routine he would have looked a lot better.

JJ Marsh is so underrated over time.  Many people have never heard of him.  He had a great physique.
