He mis spells the name, but the guy is Tom Minichiello, who owned Mid City Gym.  He had a book called "Bodybuilders, Drugs, and Sex" where he tells a version of it. Over the years the rumor above got spread around, some say it was Gaines, some say Butler, but the rumor has always been that Arnold went gay for one of the guys from Pumping Iron, and Minichiello saw it.

there was a bus ride to Fire Island on sundays from Mid city gym  (NYC)  Once on the bus, all of a sudden they were all gay for the day on the way to make some coins.
A lot of shit went on then. The owner Tom Minichello wrote a book  but supposedly Arnold  had it squashed.
The RUMOR IS Tom ALWAYS GOT ARNOLD A HOTEL ROOM WHEN HE CAME TO TOWN.ONE TIME TOM BROUGHT UP TWO WOMEN FOR THE OAK AND SINCE HE HAD A KEY HE OPENED THE DOOR ONLY TO FIND HIM IN BED WITH GEORGE BUTLER (PUMPING IRON )IN THE BED.

He’s turning 78 in a few days, maybe he’s got another 10–15 years if everything goes right. I could see him making it to 90. 100 feels like a long shot, but who knows. Arnold’s a seriously driven guy, and he’s made it clear he hates the idea of dying. I remember him talking on Howard Stern about how gross it is just lying there in the ground, rotting - classic Arnold, lol. He still sticks to his workouts and probably eats in a way that gives him the best shot at living as long as possible.

It sucks that humans top out around 100–125 years, even if you do everything right. Honestly, if I could upload my consciousness and live for billions of years, I’d do it. Too bad the tech isn’t even close — we can’t even really define what consciousness is, let alone copy it. Still, it’s a wild idea. Beats rotting in a box, that’s for sure.

No way does he make it 10 more years.
