If you are reading this, how in the world did you fall off that stage? Seriously, what was going through your head at the time? Out of all the bodybuilding shows and the bodybuilders on stage, I don’t think I’ve ever heard of someone falling off the stage. It’s not rocket science to walk off a stage without falling. How could you mess that up? And no, I don’t care that I wasn’t on stage and that no one asked me to guest pose. Yes, no one would pay to see me on stage. I don’t envy you and I have no aspirations to be asked to guest pose while pudgy and then speak at a podium in a Speedo.

What is the story with that martial arts award you keep rambling about? I heard it was basically just a humanitarian judo participation award of sorts?

What’s the deal with your “world record” of running through glass? Do you honestly consider that memorable, historic, or difficult? All you did was speed walk through the glass and you had a helmet on. Couldn’t they just have put a helmet and safety goggles on a well trained orangutan and had him run through the glass?

I'm the last person to comment on parenting, not being a parent myself, but made me think of something I saw. A Navy Seal saw his son dangling from a tree monkeying around. He thought, if I don't let him learn his lesson now, what if he falls having climbed higher, he could die? Another time they were at a climbing gym and the kid got higher than he would have liked, he thought if he falls now he will at least break a leg. But ultimately he let him do it. The kid had expressed some interest in following his father's footsteps and helicoptering would certainly not be conducive to that. Kids burn their hands on a stove once and hopefully learn their lesson. Nowadays many kids have helicopter parents and they are soft, our parents and their parents kicked the little kids out the door to go play outside by themselves all day, they could climb in terrain and mountainous areas, go swimming, whatever. Now they can't do anything, forget walking to school even

Welcome to the life of celebrity influencers.  Just saw him at the 2025 Anaheim Fit Expo two weeks ago, and he was quite fine, nice to all.  Honestly, if you see him, say hello.  Known the guy for a long time now, way before he got married, but not as a friend, just as a photographer and an observer, but they guy has not even been mean.   Even was there when he was a Titan on the reboot of American Gladiators, which I was there the first day and on press day. 

Meet the guy in person at an event, introduce yourself, and ask your questions.   Everyone has their own issues in life, you can ask all you want, but our kid, we just keep things out of discussions.

Thats nice that when you recently saw him his wife didn’t violently smash a scale on the floor this time.
Well, if he doesn’t want his kid discussed, he should stop plastering him all over his social media and he should not create an individual social media account for him as well. And if he wants to market himself as a super dad, he should treat his son better on camera. He should also not refer to people as retards on camera, when it appears his own son may be special needs.
