Best thing you’ll ever do is come off the gear.

Quit cold turkey in January after 25+ years. Never felt better.

Damn - why did you come off ?

Were you on trt when you quit or a cycle? Many men report the opposite, never having felt as good as when they go on. So whats so good now, its been 8 months has your natural testosterone bounced back ok?

At the end “bodybuilding TRT” doses, but many cycles before that including a tren run last year.

I never did blood work when I first came off because I didn’t want to deal with the psychological stress of knowing how far my levels had dropped. The first few months were terrible but I’ve started to even out now. I’ve lost size and strength but I’m okay with it. Most people tell me I look better slimmed down. My hairline has stopped receding.

I do weights 3-4 times a week and try to do as much cardio as reasonable but have given up bodybuilding “routines.”

I’m pushing 60. I want to see my grandkids. Focusing on my business and am getting into car racing.

All good.
