I can't see your posts but the only thing unhealthy is eating an abundance of calories
You can eat shitty food ie. Cakes, chips, cookies etc if your calories are at a submaintaance level
A PhD nutritionist proved this by eating shitty food at submaintance levels and all his blood markers improved
I ain't making this up it was published and documented over 10 years ago
