Dead lifted 545 easy the other day and did 315 for 4 on bench.   

BJJ going well too.  Got second stripe on Blue Belt.

4 sets Leg Extension

4 sets Leg Curl

1 hour circuit for rounds

405 hex bar dead x 3

Incline Bench 225 x 10

RDL w 90's DB x 8

Banded Cable Crossover x 12

Banded Cable Crunches x 20

20 min - Abs and Calves

10 Min - walk on treadmill. 


Felt great and blasted metal music entire time.

Smashed it today

4 am to 4:45

Flat Bench - 135x10, 135x10, 225 x 10, 225 x 10, 315 x 3 superset 225 x 8, 315 x 2 dropset 225 x 8, dropset 135 x 10.

DB squats 135's  - 7 sets x 10 reps

Leg Extension - 3 sets x 12 superset standing calf raises.

Seated leg curls - 3 sets x 12 superset standing calf raises


1 hour circuit  (Probably 7-9 rounds lost count)

405 hex bar dead x 3
Incline Barbell Press - 225 x 10
Standing DB  RDL - 80's x 7 superset standing calf raises with 80's x 10
Banded Cable Crossover x 15
Banded Cable tricep pushdown x 10

15 min

3 sets of cable crunches
3 sets of standing DB calf raises with 80's

15 Min  - walk on treadmill at 10 degree height at 3.0

I thought it was great.  Never been able to feel a squat like that.
