Lou Ferrigno was already a legend. He inspired millions through bodybuilding and The Incredible Hulk, then came back to the Olympia stage in the '90s proving that passion never has an expiration date. Standing beside him was an honor.
Dorian Yates changed the game forever. His combination of brutal mass, conditioning, and laser-focused work ethic redefined what it meant to be Mr. Olympia. Every competitor knew that if you wanted to be the best, you had to measure yourself against Dorian.
As for me, I was determined to bring something the sport had never seen before—extreme size, incredible width, and a physique that made people stop and stare. I always believed bodybuilding was about creating a presence as much as building muscle.
When I see that photo today, I don't just see three big men. I see respect. I see dedication. I see an unforgettable chapter in bodybuilding history where the standard kept getting higher, and every one of us played a part in raising it.
