im natural but have gyno since teenage years im now 33 its not bad just nipple area is softer than rest of chest so yes u can b natural and still have gyno

I remember Lee Priest saying he had gyno as a teen just going through puberty and had it removed.

Dropped bodyfat to a really low level can often get rid of it. i mean in the end its like a really dense version of fat i mean if u look at anorexic women they lose there breasts but unlike them now u r out of puberty u will not have the estrogen for them to grow back

i read about a study in germany of ppl who had gyno and they went on a 6 month course of nolvedex aparently most lost some while about a third lost there gyno all together. however this practice works best on ppl who have gotten gyno relatively recently.

I have a little gyno too since I am like 10 years old. I don't think it is fat cause I was small but really lean at the time.

well breast tissue is brown adipose (fat) tissue so its always made of fat its just a denser variety

cus of its density it dosent always go i mean its supposed to stay because women are supposed to have breasts its just unfortunate if a guy gets it. however dieting reduces it but doesnt eliminate

ya know the fat ya get around the midsection that is always the last to go when u diet? well its like that but much much worse.

I have always had fat around my chest and it really pisses me off. I have well defined arms, legs, and shoulders but I always have this bitch-titty thing going on. I've never juiced and it's not gyno, but it's this extra fat that's located at the bottom end of my pecs that makes the "line" of my pecs disappear. I'm just wondering if I get my bodyfat to a low enough level the stuff will go away, or maybe my chest is just lagging that much that it's not filling it out. Anyone?

i'm guessing that dieting down wud help but this kind of tissue is the hardest to get rid of so it will only disapate when all other unesesary fat has gone. so yeah i'd go for it but i think u wud have to be well patient and the longer your fat levels are low for (well under 10% apparently constitutes low in this case the better so it gives your body no other choice but to break down these areas.
its a better choice than surgery but at least the "knife" is garenteed results. (always ask the surgeon to remove the mamory gland otherwise it may come back).
The other option is to do the 6 months of nolvedex i metioned before i have never known anyone to try it but the study had good results i'll try and find it and post it.

Natural gyno isn't rare. At least 10% of non-obese guys get it to some degree. There's always at least one kid in gym class with "tits."

If we're lucky enough to live long enough, most of us will have gyno in our senior years. Old women have little estrogen and thus too much test, and old men have little test and thus too much estrogen. Nature sucks.

yeh mines not from being fat its still there even when im very lean if i pinch my nipple area it feels like a piece of small putty under each nipple

I went to the Doc because I thought I had Gyno. He said I did not because there was no lump under my nipple. He said I just had puffy nipples and to get over it. I think I might just store fat there. Even when I diet there are still there just not as big. It dose suck and make my chest look funny unless my nipples are hard. Oh well what can ya do.

Any of you guys with natural Gyno ever do a cycle? Are you prone to gyno for the rest of your life? Just curious

nope never did a cycle in my life when i went to the doctor at about 18 years old he said it would go away in 12 months or so but here i am at 33 and still have it so yes i think it will be like that for ever

i saw a pamphlet in a plastic sugeon's office( my girl was getting her tits done) on gyno and it said 83% of the male population has it to some degree.....dunno if that true but it's what the thing said

Try some OTC products like 6-oxo and formestane.

I have natural gyno in my right nipple. Im not talking about fat. Im talking about the hard glandular tissue.

I started getting it while i was going through puberty. It was kinda sore and bothered me growing up.

EVen with the fat reduced, there is still a small button of tissue.

The only way to get rid of it is pretty much surgery. I tried every product there is out there to get rid of it (flax oil, estrogen blockers, PCT supplements) except nolvadex. Nothing has helped.

I guess the only way is surgery to get that glandular tissue out.

I have the same problem but since i have been gettin bigger (and chest is my strong point) it's not quite as bad but if i compete and have the money i would like to get it "fixed" just so i have a better look for competing.
