and talking about symetry...

there is something a little 'strange' in Heat´s left (his right)

Maybe a little smaller...something like a little tear, similar to what Levrone had (that line going into the chest)

not noticable enough to be distracting or make a difference.....probably just genetic size imbalance

As far as those neg comments from some on his placement at the 2004 NOC, I think he held his own and brought in a much more improved physique from a year before. RJ has awesome arms and his chest is greatly developed, even if he is lacking in the hams department (which he is himself awere of and has been working on to improve). On top of that, his waist's got to be around 27 and his V-Shape has been/can only be compared to Flex's and Shawn's. Phil imo resembles RJ in many ways. When RJ comes back this year, I would bet he will be bringing his physique about 5-7 lbs heavier competing at around 218-220 maybe?? He's conditioning has always been great. So if these two were to step on stage together, it is sure going to be an extremely interesting event as both guys are equally awesome!

Jones has better lines....besides legs where i think heath has him....i think as far as shape ......richard's upper body looks more balance

easy...
heath is not balanced arms are too big.... for his chest....
a la flex wheeler...
people always get blinded by big arms...and most times are big because of other lacking body parts... eg levrone flex... lee lack in the chest department..
same with heath

I like RJ's overall look better, in fact i would say he has one of my favorite structures in pro BBing. Either way we won't know for sure until they both compete against each other (It's that close of a call).

The thing is, there is always a trait for every bodybuilder that sets them apart from one another.

Arnold...chest and arms

Paul Demayo....legs

Lee Haney...back and chest

The thing I love about Phil's physique and Jone is how majestic and incredible they look.

I have to say for a rookie, Phil's conditioning is amazing. He is light years ahead of many pros that have been in the game for so long. His determination and work ethic are paying off. You know he has been training his butt off!!

Heath has the size advantage and Jones has a bit better shape. Heath has 2 pro wins beating guys that beat jones. ie Darrem.

In a perfect world, jones with 15-20 pounds....? DONE!

i agree 100%, a lot of people were talking jones up to be a huge threat when he won his pro card but unfortunately he is yet another rookie who has not managed to make any impact

the fact is nobody has seen Richard since the Olympia so who knows if he has been able to add the desired mass to his legs? If he ever steps onstage again im sure we will all be astounded. One thing is for sure, he will never have a worse showing than Federov. What an overkill of hype!

He is planned a comeback sometime in the near future.
