thats cool your going to build one,are you throwing a 5.7 lt-1 in it or a 305  5.0?the 5.7 lt-1 is insane and a great choice, its also alot more expensive which sucks though.i got the 5.7 in my black formula and its mighty quick, the 305 5.0 was pretty quick also from my white gta.also i got the ultra light fanny pack so i can go faster in the quarter mile ;)

5.7, which is an L98 not an LT1.  You could concievably put an LT1 in a TA but it's much easier just to drop in the motor that was made for the car. Easier to modify too.  I'm thinking of putting a flaming chicken on the hood and a matching one on my fanny pack. How cool would that be? Maybe even on my lifting gloves to really show n1ggas what's up.

In 89 Pontiac produced about 1800 20th anniversary Turbo Trans Ams with the buick Grand National motor in it,worked to the balls. Those cars fetch about 25 to 30 GRAND these days. Little out of my price range for a toy but I'd love to have one.

What year is your Formula? if it's 92 or later than it is an LT1, and that's a sweet motor. The car I'm talking about building (an 89), the 5.7 designation was L98. Okay i'm done being autogeek now.
