Counterfeit/Underground Steroids

MD had a pretty thorough article a couple months ago about how counterfeit steroid packaging has become ever more high tech and I found it a bit concerning. It showed pictures of early conterfeits that were pretty easy to spot, but the most recent ones looked almost exactly the same as the legitimate ones. It seemed impossible to tell the difference without having the original packaging handy. Hell, some counterfeits were also showing up in real pharmacies!

They had another article about undergound home-brewed juice. It said that while some are produced in fairly sterile environments, others are made recklessly.

What kind of experiences have you guys had, if any, with counterfeits and/or underground steroids? Are they really that hard to distinguish? How common are they?

I deal with only legit gear.... you have to have a source you trust.

The side effects you would get would be directly related to how sterile (or not sterile)they are..most are nothing more than seasame oil or whatever..with no active drug...but if made in poor conditions you could be looking at an abses...but normally you just don't grow...obviously because they are just oil.

Although you never know for sure your shit is not counterfeit,and you are taking a chance injecting anything purchased on the black market..at least there is a chance they are legit...to me, it is a very questionable thing,to put that much faith in something that you KNOW was made by some amature in his basement...kinda like using crank,or crystal meth...you are puting a lot of faith in the hands of someone that you likely do not know.(which of coarse you do anyway,but not exactly the same thing)...No thanks,not me.

alot of the real good counterfeits were actually made by body research when they were in business- they made real products too- but they also counterfeited some of their own stuff-putting absolutely no steroid in them and also counterfeited alot of organon and schering gear. police found it when they raided them about a year ago. as far as UGL goes its a gamble- you can either get some real good shit or some real cheap shit- its a crap shoot.

There is a lot of counterfit operations who duplicated the original almost to 100%.
