Manfred is trained by Milos, and is excited to make his IFBB pro debut this year. 
I'm sure he's enjoying some well deserved food today though!

Well - happy birthday Manfred (I didn't know about it)...
Make sure you don't exceed your normal 1000 grams of carbs per day diet - regardless of your birthday...
