Don Lemmon passes away

I heard with great sadness that the world class trainer and nutritionist Don Lemmon passed away apparently by a car crash,our thoughts and prayers are with his wife and their children.

Unfortunately, this is true. From a very good source - allegedly he was on his way back to Vegas over the weekend and there was an car accident. Not sure of the details, but his with Asia was pregnant, and they have a 1-2 year old child also. This is truly sad.

Don was such a wonderful man and helped out so many people in the fitness industry.  We will all miss him!  His wife Asia really needs our help, she has a one year old and is 8 months pregnant.  Please go to this website and make a donation.  http://www.asiacarrera.com/bulletin.html  her blogs are heartbreaking.   :'(

This is very sad news. I never met Don in person but we exchanged numerous emails over the years. My favorite interview he did is a very lengthy one with J.M. Manion...

Don was a friend. I did an article on him for Ironman about 6 years ago and shared some time with him. I can't understand why he didn't have any life insurance with a 1 year old and a child on the way. Don always seemed to have an entrepreneurial spirit but this is just basic planning. I'm shocked at the news and will miss talking to him.
