The last time he competed with hair was in 1994. I have him on tape from footage of the San Jose Pro Invitational (courtesy of
American Muscle) where he placed 4th. He qualified for the Mr. Olympia by placing 3rd at a French pro show, won by Paul Dillet.
He competed in the 1994 Olympia, where he placed 15th, all with that high-top fade. Maybe that was holding him back. When he shaved in head in 1995, he won his first pro show and has walked away with at least one pro victory every year since then.
