I'd guess a percentage of the sales. It seems more like Mits is just the director. I'd hate to think BBs got screwed in every damn medium. This should be nothing like the magazines. The video sells on the Pro's name, not Mit's name.

The Mits videos have a few different set ups.  You can sell your own copies, and you won't make money of the sale of videos not sold through your site. 
You can do a set payment, or you can take a SMALL percentage of all videos sold. 
Bigger name = bigger chunck of the money.
