its one day a week and it's a necessity withmy schedule...I updated my diet thus far.....thanks for all the help.

Also believe training in the morning is more efficient, hell, you burn calories all day and all the food u ingest goes to growth!

3 MEALS DOWN AND Im feeling the bloat.....I got to stop myself from going back tonight....

Well, it's about 5pm and I'm drained........just from sitting all day....about to update my diet with one more real meal about 530 and then my prebed jargon of cottage cheese, casein and almonds.....is this enouh food for today?

I'm pumped about the Yates MRP that Ill be adding 2x a day.......what do you guys think?  Looks pretty solid, eh?

I thought my caloric intake looked pretty decent, then I check out some of the mass diets that some boys are on and mine doesnt even compare....am I really that much lower?  How are these guys eating so much and calling themselves bodybuilders?  I need some insight....doesnt anyone stay below 10-12% anymore??

Thats what you should shoot for 10% or so that way you will have some muscularity and enough calories to grow.

Keep it simple, just eat!!  If you start gaining weight to fast cut back a notch and Or if not up the calories.  This will take time, you should see some good results up front, cause you have lots of weight to gain.

Dont make it harder than it has to be..........getting an OCD vibe from some of the posts  :D

When would u reccmoned kicking the gear in?  Am I wasting my efforts traing and eating hard with low test levels???  I also hate to use gear just to get to the point where I should be...from 160 to 180....

Re-read your original post here.  Is "the disease"  the reason for the low test levels?  You were never specific here.  30 is fairly young and your test levels should be OK naturally. 

If this is a wasting disease I'm sure a doctor could help you also.  You can probally get scripts for hormones like test and GH.  Maybe you should get blood work done to find out if you can bring your test levels up naturally with therapy.  If that is not gonna happen you may just be on HRT for ever, thats a choice you will have to make.  And if thats the route then start the juice right away......it will be a way of life.

I was tested at prescribed Androderm.....didnt do much, but maybe it is due to extreme dieting for such a long time.  I just need to get over the mental aspect of eating all day and feeling like blah, losing the abs, etc.  I sit in an office all day, so it really is a struggle to force myself to eat...I need to get over this disease and would love any suggestions.....
