Well, it's about 5pm and I'm drained........just from sitting all day....about to update my diet with one more real meal about 530 and then my prebed jargon of cottage cheese, casein and almonds.....is this enouh food for today?
I'm pumped about the Yates MRP that Ill be adding 2x a day.......what do you guys think? Looks pretty solid, eh?
