I have never ever paid for a video in my life except for Pumping Iron.
Although it never cost in the neighborhood of $40, that's one DVD that would've been totally worth it.  8)
Oh, and I kinda regret gettin' Vince Taylor's Getting Pumped:-\
Although his posing routine in it was kick-ass!  8)

On synthol..I have never or ever will use that product(or any product like it) nor does my biceps resemble anyone that uses it.You don't get rock hard granite peaks from that crap.Compare my pics to any of the known guys that use it and you will see huge difference in the look.On my arm symetry...my left & right arm is less then a 1/2 difference in size which is normal for everyone..my right is a bit bigger & fuller and my left is slightly more peaked.Check out most of my recent pics in my "whats new " section in my site and there is very little difference in size or shape...they are as about as symetrical as they come along with the rest of my body.Arnold ,Robbie Robbison,Albert Beckles,etc. all had peaked biceps to the extreme the only difference in me is that I am a bigger guy with larger dimensions.You mentioned something that I am known for and that is my honesty...that and integrity are values I hold very strongly and I keep it real and I am here to help people not lie or misleed.
All my best to you ,
Brad Hollibaugh

Sure thing, Brad  ::)

Yeah.... Dorian Yates' Blood & Guts.  >:(
I didn't mind it.  The old dungeon looking gym and black & white film was pretty cool I thought.  Bits of it were annoying, but overall, I thought it was one of the better ones.  Ronnie the Unbelievable was pretty good too.  Lots of free weight exercises with heavy weights.  Good stuff.

Jay's was boring, as was Made In Germany, Marcus Rhul.  I feel cheated on those two.  The worst I ever saw though goes to this years Mr Olympia.  Whoever produced that should be shot!  Crap sound, too many fancy-arsed camera angles.................i t was shithouse!

I didn't like Jay's Ripped to shreds....actually you can really tell that Mitsuru really tries hard to get EVERYTHING! like in cost of redemption ronnie drops a plate and it kind of wabbles for awhile...i guess Mits thinks its cool and films the fuckin thing until it stops and falls.

Pumping Iron was a top notch Documentary... well produced and was all in all facinating...all the stuff now resembles Skate Tapes I used to watch as a kid...the same...intro.... of slow music, then cuts to the hard music, flashing of frames, ect..then the segments of the tape... You can watch all the good vids on the net anyways...

I can't remember the title of the one Greg Kovacs put out several years ago when he was still sponsored by Muscletech.  Thank God I bought it at an expo and only paid $10 for it, but it was still about $20 too much.  That video blew chunks.

Dorian's B&G was incredible I thought.
