Kre-Alkalyn
« on: July 19, 2006, 09:45:00 AM »
I was talking to a chemest yesterday and asked his opinion of Kre-Alkalyn.

KreAlkaline is put out by a company called All American Nutrition who is notorious for scamming people in the industry for years. They got patent on this bullshit only because the people in the patent office don't have a clue about the science regarding this kind of stuff. You don't have to have a novel concept that actually works to get a patent, just a novel theory, whether you can prove it or not. The entire premise behind this BS is that they claim they have a unique manufacturing process that prevents creatine for instantly converting to creatinine, which not only is a bunch of crap, but would not matter anyway because the body does not convert creatine to creatinine in a time period sooner than the muscle cell's would uptake the creatine. All American claims that all other creatine converts to creatinine almost immediately upon entering the body. I am so sick of seeing how many people are suckered in by this that I am probably going to write about it in the next issue.  Dr. Roy Gill.

Dr. Gill is in charge of research and development for Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals.  They sell allot of creatine, but won't touch the Kre stuff for the reasons stated above.  I tend to believe someone who I have met and can tell when the BS is flying.  Not this time.  And I sell it, but when it's gone, no more and the price has been lowered to cost.  I'm not that rich.......yet.

As you can see His company doesn't think much of it.  Any one else use it and have good effects?

I've used Creatine Monohydrate for a year and didn't like it to much, then switched to Cellmass and that was alright, then again switched to Creakic (muscletech) and that stuff was pretty damned good...I ordered some Kre-Alkalyn the other week (Sci-Fit brand) and it is the best stuff i've used so far. No stomach cramps, good recovery, no bloat, and I haven't lost any of my size from the other creatines. So far I like it alot.

I've used it too and found it to be just like reg creatine. Just easier to use.  I was talking to one of my suppliers and told him the 3 top things I sell are protein, Creatine also Kre-Alkalyn and Glutamine.  When he herd about the Kre Alkalyn, He told me what I printed.  His company could easily sell it, but for the above reasons doesn't.  Sci-Fit was one of the first to market it and that was over a year ago.  It's still selling, but not as fast as when it first came out.  That's just one mans opinion, but His opinion is based on science and experience, but with supps who knows for sure?

Personally, no, I have not used it, but I know many who have and like it.  Not that the results were necessarily any better than regular CM, but there was no stomach upset, bloating, etc.  I've never heard anything negative from anyone using the Sci-Fit brand.
