Okay, but photos & vids don't always tell the truth either.

You can see the foot of the person on the right side of the video...who is actually lifting the weight. I am sure you don't believe this video is of this skinny guy actually lifting the weight with one arm and then bouncing it like a balloon.

I think it's real.  It looks like the righ amount of weight for someone that size.
