Is Tank Abbott the strongest man in MMA?

i watched a clip of him tonight on UFC benching 500 raw for reps and curling 150lb dumbbells with ease, the mans a fukkin freak! Ive also seen the 600 bench clip which is seriously impressive

Yeah that clip of him benching 600 is on one of the older threads...monster bounce off the chest, still impressive as hell...

Mark hunt doesn't look like he liftsmuch weights, but LeBanner, Sapp and Coleman look strong.Monson too.

I heard Gary Goodrich can bench 600.  And he was a World Armwrestlig Champ too.

I watch 484 being pressed saturday night impressed the hell out of me 20" arms, so i had to arm wrestle him seeing as i was best in school.....

isn't he out of MMA all together now?

Tank was a legend when the sport was new however, by today's standards he wouldn't have made it far and you wouldn't even know who the hell he is.

He just be the big guy with no teeth at the end of a bar and broke.

Yeah,, I saw saw the video of Tank, almost cracking his chest plate,while bouncing 600pds off of his chest!!
