Thanks, I'll sleep better given the ten cans of tuna I eat each week, plus salmon 3-5 times per week.

Pheew! bring on the tuna, salmon, sardines, herrings, makeral... on second thought, hold the makeral  :-X

I'll sleep better too. I love fish, but I've been trying to cut back, given all the bad hype.
