I wasnt....cant even remember what it was actually. Just showing you how a 'chest' is put together. As you can see in the diagram the pectoralis major has an origin and insertion...its really quite amazing if you take the time to research the muscular skeletal physiology of the human body.

I was was simply correcting your obvious lack of anatomy knowledge. Could come in handy as a bodybuilder

He does bench presses with a mack truck of weight, with a much wider grip than shoulder width.

So my guess is it happened whilst training with weights.

I have posted this in another related thread but I am so gutted at the sight of this!
I truely valued his physique and his chest was so f**cking impressive I can't believe it's torn the best chest I have ever seen this man will be remembered for it but to me its like some1 has died its so disappointing...
A bodybuilder I once truely admired for those classic proportions in his upper body is now destroyed.
Guys, never forget what he once had but its time to accept his current state I suppose even though this tear has ruined his physique

youre a pompous ,arrogant fuck! i have 2 degrees in anatomy and physiology, but even i wasnt so flustered by his use of the words "inner chest". in fact, by using that term, i think he communicated to more people, more quickly and efficiently than by using your "textbook" verbiage! "did he tear his pec insertion?" 3/4 of the people reading go "huh..what??" "did he tear his inner pec?" 100% of the people reading know where to look on the picture! go open up your anatomy book, stick your head in there..THEN SLAM IT SHUT..YOU ASS!
