n e 1 know about stevia for weight loss?

My nutrionist who has over 30 years experience says stevia tells the muscles to take in and burn more calories

It's an herb that is used as a sweetener either in powder form or liquid.

It is a fiber form herb that is used as a calorie free sweetner. unlike apartame or splenda this is real and beneficial

Stevia does have a disticnt taste that takes a little getting used to but I love it.  It can be very bitter so never take it straigt.  Also some brands are much better that others so give more than one a try.  I like the ON brand.
