The 7 Deadly Truths of Nutrition

(1) If it tastes too good to be true . . . it’s bad for you.

(2) If (insert product name here) supplement built muscle, it would be banned.

(3) Eating pizza at 3 a.m. is a binge, eating liver tablets at 3 a.m. is a badge (of honor)

(4) A fool spends more dollars per week on supplements than he spends hours per week in the gym

(5) Eat big to be big and fat, Eat big and smart to be big and muscular

(6) Weight loss supplements eliminate bulges, they melt away that annoying bulge in your wallet

(7) True, the pros use the supplements you see in the muscle mags.  Of course, they get them for free.

$100 says that most of them still don't use them free or not. Maybe the protein powder, but all that other junk, no way.

   Um.....right.

   Next topic.
(1)I cook all my food to taste good and be good for me, if you use the right spices and seasonings you can have both, but it does require a little effort.

(2)I have had many results with supps that were not banned.  Ignoring the numerous studies on creatine that prove it to work is a mistake imo.

(3)I don't know about a badge but it is a good idea, I partially agree.

(4) Lets say I train 4 days a week 1hour each session, not counting cardio, that brings us to a budget of four dollars a week.  Assuming I am taking a multi and protein I am over your "Fool" supp budget.  Now if you had said spends more on supps than on food I would be with you.

(5)I agree 100%.

(6)ECA, triax, adipokinetix, lipokinetix, T2, Lipo 6, sesamin, all worked wonders for me.  Did I diet and train to lose, absolutely, but these products made a noticeable difference when added to my regime.

(7)Buyer beware, don't want to get ripped off be a responsible consumer.

Agreed!!
theres no way they use that shit....why in hell would they need the next big wonder supplement when they are on gh, insulin, igf, and a shitload of juice???

thatd be like a master chef going into mcdonalds to sample the special sauce!!!
there are some decent supps out there but none are comparable to the real deal no matter what some bs bogus add will tell you
