Hey I was Watching this new channel called Fit-TV ;the show was about what it takes to be a bodybuilder.. I saw the last 10 minutes and they showed Flex Wheeler as well as Craig Titus/ Tom Prince working out and getting interviewed.. Well the replay is this coming Sunday at 6pm central time
