The best whey powder you can get,  I just got mine from Bodybuilding.com and wow.  If you have never tasted it you have to get some,  its better then a milk shake made with ice cream.  8)

I have half a tub just sitting there.........Ive heard so many shitty things, that I've decided to just pass on it and make my own gainer....cotage cheese, almonds, casein and skim

Heard it is just a load of crap in a bottle...cmon, youve never read this?  Also, many guys attribute it to fat gain...I want to know where my food sources are coming from.  I make my own, pats, peanut butter,flax or olive oil, and casein with sf davinchii syrups....much better!

I had the Cookies and Cream Muscle Milk...it tasted pretty good but I drank one shake and just about shit my shorts...

i'm so done with all the supplement garbage...god knows what they dump in that crap!

search the internet, it is actually pretty cheap and very good for bulking. i've used it since it came out with awesome results.

I agree muscle milk is the best stuff out there taste and results wise - I get mine for $18 at www.supplementsoutlet.co m from what I have seen they are the lowest price out there for it http://www.supplementsoutlet.com/cytosport.html
