When people ask me what my body fat % is, I tell them "I don't know"  instead of making up a number like everyone else.

my niece had a heart transplant back in 86, she was 12 at the time. she was a huge gaspari fan.

Rich sent her a huge getwell card with a gigantic teddy bear, and tons of gaspari pictures and  posters and a bunch of other cool stuff.

Rich was cool like that....

IS it true about  him having a stroke? I heard that he is partially paralyzed from it, any truth to the rumor.
